Both ends of the coating mechanism are mounted on the vertical support arm of the coating machine, and the coating mechanism moves up and down through the transmission of a belt, a chain or a cable, and is coated along the surface of the wire mesh. The actuator is connected to a servo or variable frequency motor to make it operate smoothly and precisely to control the position of the coating mechanism.
Before coating, the clean and tight screen screen is loaded from front of the coating machine, and some models can also be loaded into the screen from the side. For large format screen frame design models, the side plate is more common, because the net frame is large and heavy, side installed version, can make the lift and move some small amount. When the automatic screen coating machine and other automatic wire mesh processing equipment (such as cleaning equipment, regeneration equipment, drying device and developing machine) are running on-line, it is more convenient to install from the side.
